Shaun leads our Texas Career Development & Workforce Solutions. He serves dealerships to help implement and create a pipeline of apprentices into service centers. Shaun is a Master Technician, College Professor, and has worked with Ford on workforce solutions. His passion for the Automotive Industry, skills, and knowledge are helping AAG transform the way America is solving the technician shortage.
Shaun mentors new apprentices and helps to remove the barriers that keep people from successful career tracks. Through on the job training and relevant education, Shaun will help fast tracks learning and mastery using the apprentice model.
