Kim comes from a successful background in organizational development and training. She has worked with major retailers to help craft and create effective pipeline development for leadership roles as well as define hiring needs to align with individual market demand. She has been a keynote speaker for the National Leadership Institute and served on community development boards.
As a mom of 4, Kim works on her local school board and works closely with the Apprenticeship community, work force agencies, employers, and the Department of Labor to keep AAG in the fore front of quality training and education. Kim is passionate about helping others reach their potential through lifelong learning and mentorship.
